How do I make money with clickbank?
I am considering opening a clickbank account, but am not sure a) if there is anything I should be aware of before I start, and b) most importantly how to make the money as I don’t have a website and can’t pay for advertisements. Basically, how do I make money for free with it?
Think of your skills, what can you offer? Browse the Craigs List classifieds., lots of scams, but some actual good jobs. I’ve been looking on and off for a long time and got lucky last week.

Opening a ClickBank account is a great way to get started with online marketing and making money from home. There really isn’t a downside to signing up for an account because it’s free.
Once you sign up you can look over all the different products available and decide to become an affiliate for as many as you want. Once you do that, you get a specific affiliate link for that product. And whenever someone clicks on that link and the decides to buy the product, you get a percentage of the sale.
And all that can be done for free.
But the tough part is getting traffic right? Well, I certainly wouldn’t recommend paid advertising for someone just starting off because you can blow through money pretty quick. I learned the hard way. And it sounds like you don’t have the money for advertising anyway, so it’s not an issue.
The best way to generate traffic is by having a website. Now, my personal belief is that having a website to provide quality free content for visitors and then sharing your affiliate link is a good way to go. There are a lot of really cheap web design platforms that include everything you would need to get started for about 10 bucks a month (I personally like SnapPages.com). But if that’s still more than you want to pay to get started, go with a blog. A service like Wordpress.com is incredibly easy to use and it’s free.
Throw up some great content then promote the blog by commenting on other blogs, writing articles for article directories, using social media, and then incorporate your affiliate link.
Whatever route you go, investing in a domain name (for under $10 a year) is a good idea and will help brand your site so you can make money for the long term. All the site that I’ve seen without custom domains instantly turn me off of the site because it signals a lack of professionalism and quality.
I know you wanted to get started making money without an upfront investment, but it’s really hard to do through affiliate marketing. You might want to consider other forms of income generation if you don’t want to pay anything upfront.

If you ever expect to buy training materials through clickbank, you certainly want an account so you can save recover the 50% commission by having a friend purchasing on your behalf.
There are a number of free blogging sites where you can place some affiliate links, there has been a pattern of over commercialization of free sites, resulting in rule changes and removal of some pages, generally you have to provide genuine useful content slipping in the occasional affiliate link. Sorry I can’t advise on the specifics.
Blogger seems relatively tolerant, they as a rule don’t do editorial inspections.
Hubpages has revenue sharing for automatically placed adsense and user configured Amazon and ebay ads, this is another site that has been over commercialized in the past, they limit the number of links to any one site, allowing only 2 clickbank links per page, placing them on each and every page could get you in trouble.
Of course of you wanted any regular income you would have to treat it like a business, where you spend money to make money.

It would be good to have a website. A real website. It will cost only $40. a year. Then you can put whatever ads you like from clickbank on your website and make a commission.

A. Clickbank has tons of products to promote however many of them are junk. If you are going to promote a Clickbank product, you should check the "marketplace" section of their website to see if there are products in niches you are familiar with.

A. Easy. Just go to Blosgspot and start a free blog about a subject you’re interested in. Write posts from your own experiences and write from the heart. After you have several posts, do a product review post about a product you like from the Clickbank marketplace and use their hoplinks. If a person reads your review and buys the product from your hoplink, you get paid!

You can make a blog free, make this blog familiar and list products on your blog.
And you can use you community accounts like myspace, hi5 but not facebook, and account allows you to place html code on your profile.
You can add Google Adsense on your site or your free blog, you place ads on your website/blog if the visitor clicks on the ad you will be paid. The one click sometimes makes you more than $1 which happens many times a day.
